最近、『月なぎ』が続いたので、ひさしぶりに洋風ものが食べたくて、半個室もある『ピソラ岩出店』に行きました。

リゾットのお米もパスタの麺も、火の通り加減が絶妙。アルデンテよりごくわずかに柔らかい、固さを残しつつ、柔らかいお米や麺に慣れている日本人も違和感なく食べられる感じでした。
ペペロンチーノはガーリックが程よく効いて、飽きずに食べられるおいしさ。レモンクリームリゾットも爽やかでまろやかで優しいお味です。
ピザはジャガマヨコーンクリームがヒット。
子供向けな感じではなく、しっかりジャガイモやクリームのおいしさが感じられました。
ドルチェ３品は、バスクチーズケーキはアイスクリームと一緒に盛り付けられています。
ティラミスは、なかなかのボリュームですが、濃厚なのに軽やかな、不思議なお味と食感。
ドルチェプレートは、アイスクリームとシナモン風味がきいたリンゴケーキ。
おいしかったけれど、ケーキ小さすぎで物足りない気がしました。
