店内は大きく３つの列に分かれています。
４－６人が座れる部屋がいくつか、４人が座れるテーブルが２つ、６－７人が座れる座敷が２つ（仕切りを外せば倍になる）、大座敷（テーブルが４つくらい）があり、２名から数十名までキャパがあるように見えます。いすれも仕切りやカベがほぼ天井まであり、人目を気にしないで食べられます。
肉はとてもおいしいです。
メニューで「上」を冠する肉は、できれば一人でじっくり味わいたい極上のやわらかさです。
またメニューに載らない希少肉が入ることもあり、予算を倍程度に設定すれば相当な質の肉が食べられます。
そのほか麺にもこだわっているようで冷麺のツルツル感は、ほかのお店ではお目にかからないクオリティでした。
それから利用時の注意点が二つあります。
（１）ビールやマッコリをはじめとしたお酒と肉やタレの相性がよく、飲み物を注文しすぎてしまうので自制心が必要です。
（２）換気はかなりよいはずですが、それを上回る肉が店内で焼き続かれているため、衣服に翌日わかるニオイが残ります。次の日に使う服は着用していかないほうがよいでしょう。
この点を理解して楽しむのがコツです。
