和歌山県 白浜の銀砂商店街にある和食のお店です。柳橋足湯のすぐ隣なのでわかりやすいです。
こちらのお店は旅館で料理長をされていた御主人が地元の「長生の湯」の温泉水を使用してほぼすべての料理を調理されているそうです。
店内はカウンターに座敷と結構広く宴会なども出来る典型的な和食屋さんという感じです。
来店時はたまたま先客がおられませんでした。
早速生ビールを頂きメニューを見て注文します。
結構色々な料理が和食の枠を超えて有って地元特有の物も取りそろっています。
温泉料理というのにも期待が持てます。
[カツオのタタキ]
皿が大きいせいか量的には少なく感じましたが、結構良いカツオなのは見た目にも味的にもわかりました。
[温泉出しまき]
ふわふわで皿を揺らすだけで崩れてしまいそうな柔らかさです。
ふわっと感は食感にも著名で口の中で崩れていきます。
同時に出汁の味が広がっていきます。
これは温泉水のなす技なのでしょうか？
[カニクリームコロッケ]
小振りのが4個来ました。
外はサクッと中からはカニの風味と味がするクリームがとろーりです。
こちらではそれ程種類は頂かなかったのですが出しまきで特に温泉水の恩恵を感じました。
温泉町ならではの料理の数々ですね。
