白浜でよく利用する居酒屋。
2Fが個室になっており、こんな時期でも安心してお食事ができる。
★刺身盛り合わせ
刺身盛り合わせは、必ず食べてもらいたいオススメの一品。
去年の春の訪問時には「もちがつお」に感動。今回も盛り合わせに入ってました。
春が旬と聞くが夏でも十分美味しい。もっちりした身は、鮮度良いからこそ。
鮪は鉄板のうまさです。特に赤身の濃厚な風味はGood。
★うつぼのタタキ
この季節のオススメはウツボ料理。
旬で油の乗ったウツボは絶品。今回はタタキをオーダー。美味しかったが、もう少し薄切りの方が好み。
他に唐揚げなど、オーダーに応じた調理をしてくれます。
