(This is a post from my blog) Today, I went to Tanabe in Wakayama Prefecture to meet my teacher and classmates from elementary school. It's been a long time since I came to Tanabe. We gathered at a Japanese-style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) near Kii-Tanabe Station. ■Kishu Torahachi The inside of the store has a nice wood-paneled structure that resembles an old folk house. The banquet started with a course meal and all-you-can-drink plan.The food was quite luxurious. ●Assorted sashimi ●Grilled on a ceramic plate Grilled on a ceramic plate has plenty of meat. It was served with a special ponzu sauce. ● Tempura ●Chawanmushi They have a nice selection of Japanese-style menu items. And the final dish is Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). I was allowed to drink until quite late. I thought it was a great place to have fun with a large number of people.
