First visit on the night of September 26, 2021 The owner has training experience at Kyoto's [a:26001800, Nakahigashi] lineage (confirmed directly with the owner) However, the cuisine at our restaurant is very different from that at the training restaurant. Mr. Nakahigashi's lineage is ``weed-picked cuisine,'' and protein-based ingredients such as meat and fish play a supporting role. On the other hand, our restaurant focuses on ingredients such as local seafood and meat from Kinan.
