本日訪問したのは召膳 無苦庵。
召膳 無苦庵は、和歌山県田辺市高雄に位置する懐石料理店です。
召膳 無苦庵は、紀伊田辺駅から歩いて10分ほどに位置する店舗となっており、完全予約制の割烹料理店です。
召膳 無苦庵は、和歌山県の紀南地方の食材を探求し、オーダーメイドでお料理を楽しむことができます。
紀南地方では、豊かな自然に囲まれ、山海の幸にも恵まれており、この土地でしか食べられないまさに地産地消の食材をオーダーすることができます。
今回、私ははじめての訪問と言うこともあったので、金額だけお伝えし、その中で珍しい食材をチョイスしていただきたいとオーダー。
店舗に到着すると、お店は意外にも、和食らしい木のぬくもりあるスマートな店舗になっています。
着席し早速コースがスタート。

みかんと醤油が意外とマッチする。

不思議卵はとろとろの美味しさ。うめなまこはもっちりとしていて仄かに味もある
