鮎のお造り★
鮎を生で食べるなんて初めて！
ランタナというシソの仲間のお花が乗っています。鮎の皮もついていてしっかり味わっていただきます。身の透明感がすごい！
焼物★
鮎を生きたまま新鮮に焼いているのでヒレが立っていて、泳いでいるかのよう。
苦味があまりなく、ほくほくで骨も美味しい！これぞ一流の技。
お椀★
とろなす、みょうがたけという茗荷の偽茎 雲州みかんを使ったお椀。
だしがとっても美味しい！
うみごおり？という魚はふっくら甘味がすごい。
野菜★
トマト2種類からできている胡麻豆腐に長芋のすりながしを合わせたお料理。もっちりしてまさに食感は胡麻豆腐。これはすごい！
メイン★
白甘鯛 昆布で締めてから蒸してあり、旨味が詰まっています。
岩清水豚はそのままでも美味しい。豚肉とはおもえない口当たりと旨味の放出感。
すもものソースでさっぱりしてもまた美味しいこと！
治部煮★
清姫ししとうという地元でもあまり知られていない貴重なお野菜はシャキシャキ。
蓮の実
さらにウツボは初めて食べました。とろけてふっくら、ねっとりした食感でビタミンAが多そう〜！
ごはん 香の物★
ふっくら土鍋ごはんでほっこり。ごはんが美味しい！
シャーベット★
みかんと一緒に名物シャーベット。
このシャーベットはなんの味かクイズになっています。
私は全然分からず、悔しいですが正解聞いて納得！
まだまだ私には修行が足りませんね！
