本日はこちらへ。
熊野三山参拝の道すがら立ち寄りました。
開店は11時、レビューを見ると休日は行列ができるとのこと。
10時50分到着。
駐車場に車を停め店頭へ。
外のテラスには数名開店待ちをしています。
入り口の記名表にはすでに5組の名前が書いてあります。
名前を書いてしばし待ちます。
11時開店。
塩とりそばと鴨醤油とりそばの食券を購入し店内へ。
ほどなく提供されました。
塩とりそばは柚子が効いたあっさりスープですが鶏の旨味がしっかりとあります。
麺は歯応えの良い中細麺。
チャーシューは豚肩ロースの低温調理としっとりした鶏胸肉。
味がしみた味玉、羽衣のような牛蒡チップスも美味しい。
一方鴨醤油とりそばは鴨の旨味が凝縮されたスープで臭みは一切ありません。
麺は塩とりそばと違いフィットチーネのようなモチモチの中太平打ち麺。
鴨ロースのチャーシューは炙ってあり一見硬そうですがしっとりと柔らかく仕上がっています。
焼いたネギ、三つ葉も相性抜群。
個人的には断然こちらが好みでした。
