山形ツアーの蕎麦屋１軒目です。「かもせいろ(¥1480)」をチョイスです。バナナマンのせっかくグルメで日村さんが食べていたので、山形まで追いかけて来ましたぞー！！

席につくと、そば茶が出てくるけど、これが本当に良い香り。そばも噂通りに美味しいんだな。って確信するお茶です。
そばは、通のように、つゆにつけずに食べてみる。ふむ、コシがしっかり。そしてとのどごしが良き。熱々の出汁につけても、この歯ごたえは消えず、満足度高い。
熱々の出汁も、鴨の味が出てて、おいしく。ほんのりのゆずの香りもおしゃれ。といったところ。鴨も、しっかりとプリっとしてて、でも柔らかく。味も美味。
うん！美味しいお蕎麦でした！

平日の昼過ぎは、席は半分くらいの埋まりで、待ち無しです。有名店だけに、嬉しい誤算です。って思ったら、奥に座敷と、更には宴会場みたいのもあり、キャパは十分のようです。
信頼のおけるレビュワーさんにも、ここのお店を紹介してもらえて、ここは山形に来たなら、来るべき蕎麦屋！と感じた。
