JR山形駅から直結のホテルメトロポリタン山形の2Fにあるレストランです。3連泊した最後の朝にこちらで朝食をいただくことに。
増税前の価格ですが、訪問時の朝食は、6：30～9：30で、メニューは和定食（2,000円）、洋定食（2,000円）、芋煮（600円）、お子様朝食（1,000円）というものでした。
私たちは「和定食」（2,000円）×2人を注文。着席してからオーダーする方式でした。
定食の他に、食前ドリンクとして、トマトジュースかオレンジジュースを1杯選べるようになっていて、それとは別にコーヒーか紅茶がつきます。このコーヒーか紅茶は食後か先かを聞いてくれます。
お味噌汁は、ギバサと麩入り。ご飯のお米の銘柄は山形県産「つや姫」で、それと、お味噌汁はお代わり無料でした。
籠の中には山形産食材や郷土料理が色々。宮城名物でもある紫蘇巻きも入ってました。ご飯とお味噌汁はお代わり可能で、特別栽培米のつや姫がとても美味しかった。コーヒーは客室に持ち帰りも可能で、税込2,000円（増税前）は納得価格でした～。
