職人が1つ1つ丁寧に生地を広げ、入口脇の石窯で焼き上げる本格ピッツァ、美味すぎる！「お好みでコチラをどうぞ」と出された唐辛子の辛味を溶け込ませた油と、軽やかに香るガーリックオイルが入った2種の小瓶。その蓋を開ける事無く、少しづつ垂らせる工夫がされているのでかけ過ぎる事がありません。どちらかを垂らしても美味しいけど、両方を同量垂らすことをお薦めしたいです。
薄生地とはいえ焼き上げる時間はソコソコ要するので、複数名でパスタを食べながらピッツァを待つのが良いでしょう。

御連様はエビのトマトクリームパスタ(1512円)と、スフレチーズケーキ(432円)をチョイス。
言い残す事があるとすれば...
「また来るぜ！」
で切り上げてはダメですよね。注文した中でピックアップするなら「ピッツァ」です。注文した各メニューは想像に難くない味付け。パスタはクリームを纏いつつも素材の味がしっかりしていたので非の打ちどころナシ。中でも野菜のピッツァに感動したのはその甘味。「野菜ってこんなに甘いの!?じゃ普段食べている野菜って野菜風味の雑そu...」って思いたくなるくらい。
季節限定って、やっぱり価値があるね。
