三津屋本店。
山形市内の蕎麦屋では老舗中の老舗でしょうね。
現在は市内に３店舗展開。
山形支店に赴任していた頃は会社からも近ったので、頻繁に利用していた蕎麦屋です。
私が板そばを初めて手繰ったのもこの店だったと記憶しています。
店内はテーブル席と座敷席に分かれています。
いろんな蕎麦があるけれど、やっぱり板そばなんだな。

二八。
それほど太くはなく洗練された蕎麦です。
蕎麦のスタイルが少し変わりましたかね。
つゆの味も然り。
それでも蕎麦の香りは強く、コシがあり喉越しが良い。
安定の味というか、老舗の風格というか。
伝統の味なのでしょうね。
「幻の山形天保そば」も手繰りたかったのですが、半板を一枚平らげた後ではさすがに無理でした（笑）
