お祝い先で料理を振る舞う事となった。
お酒を飲みながらの海鮮料理の〆として蕎麦に決定。生蕎麦のテイクアウトが出来る三津谷さんまでドライブ。
丁寧な打ち立て感を感じる蕎麦と、それに降りかかる蕎麦粉が鮮やか。
自宅に帰って前日練習。
推奨2分の茹で時間に対し1分50秒と2分10秒でトライアル。せっかくの生蕎麦感を残す1分50秒にしよう。
冷水でしっかり締めればより一層お店の味。
たっぷり出る濃厚蕎麦湯も醍醐味。
