ここで食べた比内鶏のせいで
比内鶏がとことん好きになってしまいました。
初めに出た、たたきの肉の何とも言えない甘みにと香りに
最初からガツンとやられた感じです。
その後コースの水炊き、焼き鳥、デザートに至るまで
どれ一つとってもけちのつけようがない。
そんな経験すら初めて、
まして酒のチョイスも心憎く
とにかく満腹以上の満足感が。
そんな体験をさせていただいたので
気心しれた人たちを連れて翌週に再訪したほど。
山形でこんないい思いをさせていただいたことに感謝です。
ワインもいい品そろえだと思います。
山形では一番のおすすめです。
