利酒師である店主が自らの舌で厳選した山形の地酒がズラリ。十四代も常に15〜20種類を揃えている。 山形の郷土料理をはじめ、季節に応じた旬の食材を用いた山海の料理を味わえる。 |
降り頻る中傘を手に、濡れる足元から北国の
底冷えが！腹の中から温めようと味山海さんに。以前来てお酒も料理も良かったので再訪問。この雨の中ほぼ満員です。お酒二合に焼鳥盛り合わせ、刺身盛注文。お通し小魚煮？
味も濃くすぎず、野菜のバランスが良い。これだけでお店のレベルがわかる。刺身は盛り付けが綺麗だが私的に単品のほうがよかったかな。まずは山形の一軒め 満足です。
