｢上質な美味しいすき焼きが食べたい‼｣
そう思った時に行くのが左五郎さん。
関東からなので滅多に行かれないけれど、左五郎さんのすき焼きを食べる為だけに山形に行く事もあります。
今回は、極上と特選を注文。
特選は赤身に脂がのっていて美味しい。
しかし極上はそれを上回る脂…
一見脂が多くもたれるのでは？と感じるけれど、極上の脂は甘味がありサッパリしていました。
何枚でもいけちゃいます。
おかわりもしちゃいました。
サシの多いお肉は色々 賛否両論あるみたいですが、私はこちらの極上肉はアリだと思います。
上質な脂は勿論、肉そのものの味も楽しめます。
女将さんからの素敵なお心遣いも頂き、大変嬉しかったです。
