山形牛ステーキ定食（ヒレ120g）（4,200円）
山形牛を食べるならと、友人に紹介してもらったこちらのお店にランチで訪問。すき焼きは以前別のお店でいただいた事があったのことと、ガッツリと肉が食べたかったことを鑑みて、山形牛ステーキのヒレ120gをオーダー。焼き方はミディアムレアでお願いする。
鉄板で追い焼きされながステーキが到着。運ばれてくる時点から相当ないい香りが漂ってきており、空腹が刺激される。肉の厚みは約２cmの極厚だが、ナイフがスーッと抵抗なく入り込む柔らかさ。シンプルな塩こしょうの味付けに肉の脂が溶け込んで堪らなく旨い。重たさは全くなく、上質な脂の甘味と肉の旨味を存分に味わいながらどんどん食べ進めることができる。
野菜などの付け合わせも、鉄板の上で肉の旨味が染み込んで旨い。
それなりの価格設定だが、このレベルの肉質はなかなか味わえない。形容する言葉が見つからない程に超絶旨い絶品ステーキ。
