出先の山形でランチタイム、久々だし新規開拓しようとググってみると、手打ち蕎麦がヒット。こりゃあトライする価値ありそうと、そのままクルマで向かって入店。P付きだしね。
結果、入ってから驚いたが、女性二人で回してる良店だった。何よりお蕎麦そのもののインパクトにヤラレるし、旨いお蕎麦は大歓迎。
オーダーは、鴨せいろを大盛りで。頼もうとした時、お勧めされての選択。
暫し待って供されれば、太めの麺が主張しているし、いただけばコシの強さが良い歯応えになって旨いお蕎麦。お汁も想定通りで、太めのお蕎麦に負けないお味。
終盤に差し掛かってザルを見れば、大盛りは確かに十二分な量だし、美味しいお蕎麦を手繰り続けるのは嬉しいけど、オジさんの軽いお昼には普通盛りで十分かもね。
ごっちゃんでした。次の機会があれば、ぜったい田舎十割そばだなあ。
