今日は少し遠出をして､山形の三百坊さんに行ってきました♪
山形蔵王ICを降りてから山道を登って30分弱。広大な敷地や庭のにはまだ残雪が見られ､その敷地の中に大きな古民家のお蕎麦屋さんがあります。今回初めて訪問しましたが、11時30分過ぎのお昼どきという事もあって、次々と車が入ってきました。
玄関を入ると店内には、繊細な組子細工をはめ込んだ引き戸があって、日本の伝統美を感じることが出来ます。広い座敷にはテーブルが何席か置かれていますが、少し奥の部屋は大正ロマンを思わせるようなモダンなテーブルや調度品の部屋がありました。
蕎麦は、坊板そばと板そば､寒晒し蕎麦の3種類あり､今回は自家栽培､自家製分､石臼挽きの「坊板そば」とつけ汁の鴨汁を追加で注文。
山形の板そばとは思えないほどの細麺で、それでいてしっかりコシがあって、とても美味しいお蕎麦でした。
蕎麦は､小盛り(200g)､並盛り(300g)､大盛り(400g)があるのでお腹の空き具合で選べるのもいいです。並盛りを頂きましたが美味しいので大盛りでも大丈夫な気がします（笑）
窓ぎわの席から残雪の庭を眺め至福の時間を過ごせました♬
