山形蔵王がジンギスカンを名物にしていると、つい最近知って驚いた。
ラムちゃんの放電が直撃したくらいにシビレましたね、まじで。
そんで今回また山形方面から蔵王を時速40kmで攻め上がります。
お盆が明けてからこっち涼しかったけどまたまた暑い。
蔵王も暑いよね。
蔵王温泉に着いたのが15時でジンギスカンの店の多くは休憩に入っているなか、こちらは絶賛営業中！
といっても客は僕だけ。
さっそくジンギスカンを発注、ラムかマトンか選べます。どちらも好きなので2秒間葛藤後、ラムだっちゃ。
蔵王ジンギスカンには蒟蒻が入ることがあるみたいですがここは無し。野菜は定番のキャベツにピーマン。
タレは王道のスッキリ醤油系がいいね。
肉、厚くて新鮮！
臭みは無縁。ワタクシは北海道人だからむしろクセのあるマトンも好きですが、コレ系の生ラムも大好き。
締めに山形名物の冷やしラーメンをスルッといただきました。この一杯で充分にメインを張れる品ですよね。
ちなみにMFのSosieさま情報によるとジンギスカンは小上がり席だけで提供の時期もあったようですが、今回はカセットテープ、じゃなくてカセットコンロでテーブルでいただきました、進化したみたいなので参考までに。
※店内、携帯の電波弱いです。ちなみにワタクシのは三太郎の電話会社で機種はイチオ最新。
