蔵王名物のジンギスカンを食べに温泉街にある【松しまや】に訪問しました。蔵王は諸説あるジンギスカンの発祥地の一つとなってます。
お店の雰囲気は温泉街の町食堂。ラーメンやとんかつなどもあります。
本日は2人で訪問しジンギスカン定食@1700円のマトンとラムをそれぞれ一つづつ頂きました。定食はお肉の他、ご飯,なめこ汁,お新香,小鉢が付きます。単品でジンギスカンの注文も可能です。
先ずセンターに羊の脂をセット。お鍋の周りにキャベツ,玉ねぎ,ピーマンを置き準備完了。
ラムは癖がなくフレッシュな味わい。マトンは歯ごたえがあり独特の風味があり好き嫌いがありそうな味わいですが、私は断然マトン派。
頃合いを見計らい羊の脂で育った野菜をon the ライス。勿論お肉と供に。ビールも良いがライスがジンギスカンと良く合うこと。美味しかった。
