山寺駅から宝珠山立石寺の1015段の石段を登りお参りしてきました(⁎ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈⁎)
天台宗のこちらのお寺は860年に創建された寺院で、石段は一段登るごとに煩悩が消えていくと言われる修行の道。
元気良くとことこ登り、隅々まで見て、お参りして、見渡す限りの絶景を楽しんで来ました(^-^)
帰りがけに、保存していたこちら美登屋で山形蕎麦のだしそばとそばアイスを頂きました✨✨
だしそばは山形の郷土料理「だし」を喉越しの良い蕎麦と共に味わえます。
きゅうり、なす、ミョウガ、生姜、白胡麻、大葉、黄菊、オクラ、そばの実、納豆昆布が入っている冷たい蕎麦で少しネバネバしていて、それでいて清涼感に溢れ修行の様な脚の疲れ、お参りの後の食事には最高でした✨✨❣️
更に、蕎麦の量がかなり多くて食べ応えも十分ありました( ‘-^ )b
またデザートに頼んだそばアイス✨✨これも絶品✨✨そばアイス自体初めてだし、更にそば粉の濃いアイスには感動✨✨
私はそば茶が大好きなので嬉しい限りです。そばの実もトッピングでかけられているし、蕎麦かりんとうまで付いて美味し過ぎです( ˶>ᴗ<˶)
東京や埼玉にこんなのあったら買い込んじゃうのになぁなんて思いました(〃^ᴗ^；)
ちょうど時間帯もお昼でしたので店内は入れ替わりでほぼずっと満員！メニューはもちろん他のものもたくさんあります。
とってもヘルシーで美味しいランチ✨✨ご馳走様でした〜✨✨❣️
