花笠が始まる土曜日のお昼。ラッキーです！
美味しいお蕎麦屋さんと言う認識で入ったんです。
まさか人生初めての体験ができるとも知らずに。
海老から始まった天ぷらのコース。
のっけから口福が始まりました。海老の身はもちろんです。海老の頭、足の殻は、軽く乾いた音が口の中で弾けるシン食感です。
鮭ハラスの天ぷら。天ぷらの技でハラスの脂を旨味に変えるんですかねぇ。塩で和、レモンで洋の二刀流。
そして、生まれて初めてです。
雲丹の天ぷら！葉ワサビを乗せて頂きます。
どうやって揚げているんでしょう。衣がとても軽く、雲丹のコクが深く、香りが広がります。
間違いなく生より美味しくなっています。
牡蠣、ナス、ミニトマト、コーンも大将の技で、持ち味最高に仕上げられて出てきます。
もう忘れてますが、お蕎麦を食べにきたんです！
紫蘇切りのお蕎麦は、軽くお塩で頂くと、爽やかな香りがより鼻に抜けます。
天ぷらの衝撃とお蕎麦の美味しさに脳内ドーパミンが駆け巡りました。
車でなければ、日本酒、ワインとペアリングしたかったなぁ。
心が満たされる美味しい天麩羅屋さんでした。
