平日11時半に予約なしで訪店。待たずに着席できました。
ちょっとランチにしてはアッパー目の価格に躊躇しつつも、大将が銀座ミシュラン店で調理されてたとのことで思い切って入店しました。
天ぷら7品と2色ざるそばのセット5500円を注文。カウンター席で目の前の揚げたてを一品ずつ頂けます。
海老、きびなご、百合根、ずわい蟹、そら豆、伊勢海老いくら乗せ、さつまいもの順で頂きました。その間に蕎麦も運ばれてきました。
天ぷらは薄めの衣ですが、上品でサクサク、素材の味もしっかり楽しめます。海老は海老の頭、足なども別で提供され、非常に美味しいです。伊勢海老はボリュームもあり、上にいくらがこぼれるほどかかっており、見た目も食べても楽しめます。
そばは紅花切り蕎麦と、普通の蕎麦の二色ですが、紅花切り蕎麦らシークワーサーの果汁をかけて頂きます。非常にさっぱりフルーティーな風味になりこちらも美味しいです。
お料理を頂く前は値段高いなーと思いましたが、食後はこの内容なら安いなと感じられました。
