ランチに仕事仲間と利用。
蔵王駅からは歩いて15分程の場所。
街道から少し入った場所で、バスやタクシーでも行けそうだが、駐車場も充実しており、車で行くのが基本になりそう。
今回は、2月の鴨汁つき板そばを注文。天ぷら5品と鴨汁、板そばがついてくる。
暫くすると天ぷらが一品づつ丁寧に配膳され、その合間に大盛りの板そばがつけ汁と一緒に運ばれてくる。
最初は鴨汁ではなく冷汁で食べることになるが、中太の蕎麦は、この汁と相性がよく絶品。
しっかり冷やされており水も切れた蕎麦には、汁がよく絡み程よい喉越しと蕎麦の香りが格別。
天ぷらもそれぞれ美味しく、流石の天ぷら百名店であるが、蕎麦も自分の中でベスト5に入る美味しさ。
また、あとから出てきた鴨汁も素晴らしく、冷汁と両方楽しめるのも気が利いていて嬉しい。
山形駅からは遠くお伺いするのが大変だが、近くに来た際は必ず訪問するべきお店の一軒。
