山形市にある肉そばが有名なお蕎麦屋さん。食べログで検索して見つけたお店でした。
おかめ食堂で隠しかつを食べた後、源七露天の湯で汗を流した後に訪問しました。蔵王の温泉は酸性度が強く温泉らしくっていいですね^^
お店は平成１９年にオープンしたとのことで外観も店内もきれいでした。
１３時半過ぎだったこともあり、店内は比較的空いてました。
カウンターに座って注文したのは、冷し肉そば（６８０円）。
５分ほどで冷し肉そばが登場しました。そばの上には鶏肉がのっていました。つゆは鶏の出汁がよく効いていてなかなか美味しかったです。そばは冷しということもありますが、歯ごたえもありなかなかいい感じでした。
湯上りの火照った体だったこともあり、美味しくいただけました。
なかなかお勧めできるお蕎麦屋さんだと思います。
今回の東北方面への出稽古はこのお店で終了です。
