山形市内でもかなりの人気店でして、普段の昼時はいつも混んでいて門前払いだったのですが、第6波の影響で街も静かでしてこの日初めての入店です。
パスタがメインのイタリアンのお店ですが、店舗の造りは入母屋の屋根の「THE古民家」と呼べる造りでです。洋風に間取りも改装された店内ですが、崩壊しないように残された柱が不自然にあります。
明太子と大葉のパスタをメインにサラダ、飲み物、デザートが付いたバスタランチセットをオーダーです。ホール係は2名、無駄のないスムーズな接客は気持ちががいいですね。
そのパスタはバターを効かせた程良い味わいで非常に美味しいですね。流石“イガッタ”という感じです。
落ち着く雰囲気も料理味も高いレベルですので、混む理由わかりました。
