何となく垢抜けない山形駅前。
電車の待ち時間の間に、地元の美味いものでもつまもうか、と思って立ち寄ったのがこのお店でした。
良く冷えたビールに、地元・山形牛の上カルビと、お勧め肉（名前忘れた）をオーダーしてひたすら焼く。
リーズナブルな値段の割に、上質感のある柔らかい肉に思わず箸が進み、結構がっつりといただいてしまった次第です。
「上」が付く肉はとにかく柔らかくて、舌の上でとろけました。ちょっとびっくり。
店内は焼肉の店にしては比較的クリーンで（全面禁煙）、小ざっぱりしていたゆえ、そんなに長居もできなかったのですが、短時間でも十分に楽しめたお店でした。
