山形駅で新幹線への乗換時に途中下車して、こちらで早めの夕食をとりました。
駅ビル（S-PAL）の隣の建物ですが２階がつながっており、外に出ることなくアプローチできるので、今の季節にはこの立地はかなりの好条件になります。
山形牛の専門店ですが、ディナータイムにも1,000円台の定食メニューが揃っています。
ただ、この日はガッツリ肉を食べたい気分だったので、焼肉のメニューにある６種盛を一人で食べられそうな分量か店員さんに尋ねたところ、「肉だけなら大丈夫ではないでしょうか？」とのこと。
というわけで、単品で「極（きわみ）の6種盛」を注文しました。
山形牛芯々、山形牛霜降りカルビ、山形牛ロース、サガリ、牛タン、ミノの６種類が計300gということで、それぞれ３切れずつくらいでしたが、かなり食べ応えがあります。
下戸の定番・ノンアルコールビールを加えて、計4,384円（税込）です。
プチ贅沢な晩ごはん、ならぬ晩お肉となりましたが、ジューシーで旨味たっぷりの山形牛のバリエーションを楽しめて、なかなかの満足度でした。
栄養バランスがちょっと気になるところですが、糖質制限という点では○のはずです。
山形牛をお一人さまでも楽しめる、出張族には便利なお店です。
