・無化調にこだわった、米沢ラーメンのお店です。 |
十何年ぶりでしょうか、かなり久しぶりです。
券売機で「中華そば（大盛り）850円」の食券を購入。
運ばれてきた中華そば、黄金色のスープ、見た目も綺麗で美味しそうです。
米沢ラーメンを謳っているようで、麺は縮れ細麺、食感も良く好みの麺でした。
大盛にしたのですが、普通の大盛りの量よりも多く感じ、本当に満足の量でした。
スープは、何処までもあっさり、私的にはちょっと物足りなさを感じたくらいです。
本当にあっさりのラーメンを食べたいときには、打って付けのラーメンではないでしょうか。
最後に、他の方もコメントしていましたが、サービス面でちょっと気になることが・・・・・・
