夏野菜と海老のジェノベーゼ+夏野菜カプレーゼ 1950円
私は意識しないと野菜を食べないので、日々から野菜不足を痛感している。ならば、それを補ってしまいそうな野菜を使った期間限定メニューを食べてみる事にする。フォークとスプーンで一口大に纏めた細いパスタは薄緑色で何とも爽やかな色。頬張るとバジルの香りとガーリックの旨味がワッと広がる予想外のパンチ力に打ちひしがれた。このカプレーゼもそうなんだが、中々癖になりそうな味だったぞ。
