2020年1月。山形駅にやってきました。
エスパルでお土産を購入した後、向かいの平田牧場
で、家に持ち帰って食べる弁当を調達。
※ちなみに山形駅の駅弁屋さんでも牛肉どまんなか
を買っているんですが、2個だし問題なしｗ
で、今回購入したのは
☆豚そぼろ2種丼 1080円
になります。
山形産御飯に豚肉＆豚そぼろ、ししとう、糸唐辛子
が乗っかっていて、漬物も付いています♪
家に持ち帰って早速頂きましたっ。
味付け、しつこくなくて食べやすいですね～♪
豚そぼろ・豚肉、どちらも美味しいけど、やっぱり
そぼろじゃない方が好みかも。
（そのままの方が豚肉の食感も楽しめるし。）
ボリュームも結構あり、大満足弁当でした！
