山形駅で昼食を取ろうと彷徨っていると賑わってるお店を発見！
何のお店かと観察すると、とんかつと豚肉料理のお店「平田牧場」？
初のお店に遭遇、広いスペースの半分が飲食スペースで残りが直売スペースって感じのお店です
そういえば一年半はとんかつ食べてなかったなぁ～久しぶりのとんかつも良いな～と入店決定！
入口に立てられた看板に、モンテの日？
どうやら地元山形のJリーグチーム・モンテディオ山形の試合があるとお得値メニューがあるらしい
折角なので通常税込み2530円が2200円とお得な「金華豚厚切りロースかつ膳」を注文しました
すぐに、すりごま入りのミニすり鉢とお新香が運ばれて来ました。
テーブル上には4種類のとんかつソース・からし・藻塩・醤油・オリーブオイルが並んでいます
10分ほどで商品が提供されランチタイムのスタートです♪
ご飯・キャベツ・みそ汁はお代わり自由とのこと
まずはカツのど真ん中を、すりごまとオリジナルとんかつソースとからしを混ぜたソースで頬張ります、少し粗目の衣はサクサクでお肉はとても柔らかく脂も美味しい藻塩との相性もとてもいい
一切れごとに味変も出来るのはありがたいですね
ただ厚切りと謳ってる割にはそれ程ではなく普通で少し残念
