なかなか美味しいサクサクとんかつ
11時30分頃にひとりでうかがいました。
ほとんどがひとり客でテーブルが埋まっていました。
金華豚のロースカツ膳、80gを注文。
小さなすり鉢にごまと、お新香が先に提供されました。
程なくして、ロースカツ登場。キャベツとごはんとお味噌汁はお代わり自由とのこと。
オリジナルのソース2種類、ドレッシング2種類がテーブルにあったので、全然試してみました。
私はトンカツもキャベツも、オリジナルのとんかつソースが1番好きでした。
とんかつは、コロモサクサク、豚は旨みがあってとても美味しかったです。平田牧場の豚、美味しいのですね。
またおじゃましたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。

前回美味しかったので、友人を連れて再訪。
店頭の立て看板でおすすめされていた、厚切りロースカツ膳をオーダーしました。
厚切りで中がうっすらレアなトンカツって珍しいよね、と思いながら一口いただいて、驚き！
肉は柔らかく風味もよく、全くくさみもなくとっても美味しい！
前回のロースカツもなかなか美味しかったですが、この金華豚の厚切りロースカツには及ばなかった。
ボリュームがあるので食べきれず半分は友人にあげましたが、また山形に来たらこれを食べたいです。
