I've been working near here lately. It was too hot to think clearly, so I decided to have Cold Noodles at this restaurant for lunch. Day 1. There is a lunch menu, but when I checked with the staff, I was told that Cold Noodles from the grand menu were also OK, so I found out that there are two types: ``Umejiso Cold Noodles'' and ``Korean Cold Noodles.'' Korean Cold Noodles instead of Morioka? On the other hand, it's rare here in Yamagata. I'll take this today. The noodles are kneaded with buckwheat flour and are very Korean. The taste of the soup is refreshing and the acidity is light, so it is absorbed easily. The ingredients are kimchi, cucumbers, and one cherry tomato for the fruit.I can't deny that it feels like it's lacking, but it wasn't too satisfying.I'm looking forward to seeing it tomorrow. the 2nd day. The appearance of the store staff has changed. If the clerk changes, the ordering method will also change. Today we will start with a lecture on how to use a tablet. Yesterday was the lunch ordering method, and this is probably the evening ordering method. ``Umejiso Cold Noodles'' is a simple arrangement with eye-catching red umeboshi, green perilla, and green onions. I was hoping for a synergistic effect from the refreshing sourness of the umeboshi, but I think it's just a matter of taste, but it was a little unsatisfactory. If anything, I recommend the Korean Cold Noodles.
