I've been interested in this Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant west of Yamagata Station for a while now. There are a lot of smokeless roasters these days, but I miss the smoky grill. As recommended, the Tengen pork shiro is very filling. This dish has no odor and is soft even though it is an offal, so it's addictive♪
