マイレビ様のレビューを拝見して是非訪問してみたいと計画していた此方でしたが、１回目は大雪に阻まれて、あえなく挫折。
今回は事前に料理の予約を入れ、満を持しての訪問。
お店の場所は解っていたので、１１時２０分頃に到着。
少し待っていれば、まだ開店時刻前なのにお店の方が出てこられ招き入れてくださいました。
客席はは３つに区切る事ができる座敷のみでしょうか。
意外に狭いですね。
確かにこれでは予約してきて正解のようです。
オーダーはランチのステーキ丼と牛鍋。
ご飯の量を聞かれますが「普通」で。
肉を倍にするオプションもありますが、これもノーマルで。
まずはステーキ丼の到着。
肉の色がいいですね。
ステーキと言うより分厚いロ－ストビーフと言った方が良いかもしれません。
即ちミディアム。
これ、私は大好物なのですが家内は苦手。
早速頂いてみましょう。
若干の酸味が感じられるタレで軽く頂けます。
ノーマル量のご飯は成人男性には少々物足りないかも。
しかし、真っ白なご飯の味自体は特筆物。
実に素晴らしい。
鶏出汁の効いた付け合わせの煮物は手作り感溢れる優れものですし、プチデザートも良くできてます。
次いで牛鍋。
と言うか、具材を見るとこれはすき焼き風ですね。
山形らしい甘味強めの汁がドンピシャ。
白菜の甘みも素晴らしい。
メインのお肉の柔らかさは言うに及ばず、他の具材への気配りも尋常ではありません。
あっという間に完食。
ごちそうさまでした。
