職場の送別食事会に、女性陣の中 黒一点で来ました。
やっぱり、こういうオシャレなお店を選ぶんですね。結婚式場パレスグランデールに隣接しており、しっかり感染対策をとりながらも良い雰囲気をキープしてますねー。
前菜とメインを選択するランチコース、1800円をいただきました。前菜に「フォアグラ入り仔牛のバロンティーヌ 木の実のドレッシング」、メインに「春野菜たっぷりの仔羊の軽いトマト煮込み」をチョイス(バロンティーヌって何？と思って調べたら「開いた肉に詰め物を敷き筒状に巻き込んで、低温調理しゼリー状のもので覆ったもの」だそうだ)。これに、スープ、パン、ドリンクが付く。そして女性陣につられて、生チョコロールのケーキ380円も頼んでしまった(^^;;
前菜のバロンティーヌはなかなか良いお味でした。木の実ドレッシングより、バルサミコが良くマッチしてました。フォアグラがもうちょい多かったらなあーとは思いましたが…。
メインの仔羊は柔らかく、トマトソースが効いていて臭みもなく美味しかったです。残ったソースはパンに付けていただきました。他の方が頼んだ「春菊の緑の衣を纏った上野さんホエー豚のロースト 大地の牛蒡のソース」も、なかなか美味しかったようです。
生チョコロールは、今時にしてはキッパリ甘く、しかしくどくなくて美味しかったです。コースがちょっとボリューム的に物足りなかったので、頼んで良かった。
トータル、手が込んでいてそれなりでしたが、ペイに見合うかというとちょっと残念だったかなぁ…。
