I went to eat the "Motsuyaki" that I've been addicted to lately! It was at the Yamagata Meat Wholesale Center in front of Yamagata Station. I ordered a set of 5 skewers of Grilled offal and a beer. The veins of the motsuyaki? Maybe. They have a good texture and go well with beer! I forgot the names of Other skewers, but they didn't have any smell and were delicious!
