家族向けの回転寿司。シニア客にはどうもお呼びでない？…分かってはいたのに入っちゃいました(￣▽￣;)
ムービーオンにゴジラを見に行きました。モーパパはゴジラ・ウルトラマン世代ですから、嫌も応もありません。でも、次回上映までに２時間以上…。そこで近くのこちらに来ました。かっぱは３〜４年ぶりかなぁ！子供連れ・家族連れには良いでしょうがね…どうかな…。
味は、案の定、…回転寿司です。この近辺の回転寿司では、
浜＞栄助＞かっぱ＆スシロー
の順番でしょうか？まぁ、回転寿司自体、あまり縁がないとは思います。２〜３年して、気が向いたらまた来るかもしれません。御馳走様でした。

平成30年最後のクチコミです。師走の走り回る中、猫嫁と遅めの昼食に行ってきました。訪問は12月30日です。
久しぶりのかっぱです。10年ほど前でしょうか？かっぱが回転寿司で全国ナンバーワンと言われてテレビに取り上げられまくっていたあの頃、モーパパもこちらのお店や寒河江・南陽のお店にも行ったりしました。しかし、その後はスシローの躍進、はま・くらの台頭、目まぐるしい回転寿司戦国時代の中、泳げなくなったかっぱは水中に没した感がありました。
食事時には子連れの家族客で満員の店内は、時間を外すと意外にガラガラです。寿司自体はスシロー・はま・くらに比べても特に遜色はありませんが、基本的にどれも初期値でサビ抜きというのは面倒です。ただ、それ以外では特に劣っているとも優れているとも感じません。山形北のスシローよりはまだましな程度です。長期的な視野で客の吸引力をあげるには地道な努力で商品の質を高めるしかないです。そのヒントはスシローにあるような気がします。スシローさんの北と南の質的な違いの中に教えられる事は多々あるように思います。どんぐりの背比べのような山形市のナショナルチェーン回転寿司業界、平成31年はどこが飛び出すか楽しみにしています。御馳走様でした。
