鶏中華 – 焔藏 山寺店 - 煩悩ディストーション
以前、そばの食べ放題をさせていただいた焔藏山寺店で、冬限定のスペシャルメニューが始動しました！
鶏中華！
しかも、山形の超絶人気店「ラーメン金子」さんとのコラボメニューです。
聞けば、金子さんは現在のお店の前にこちらで働かれていたようで、その縁で実現したコラボのようです。
麺は金子さんの製麺所で打たれたあのスペシャル麺です。
これは期待せざるを得ない。。。
胸を躍らせ雪深い山寺に向かいました。
こちらのお店、まず接客が素晴らしいんですよ。
そば食べ放題のときは女性スタッフさん、今回は男性スタッフさんでしたが、一つ一つの接客が丁寧で元気。
なにより笑顔が素晴らしく、こちらも元気になってしまいます。
着丼の瞬間から広がる甘く芳醇な香り。
汁は鶏の旨味がしっかり出たガツンとした味わい。
形容として適切かどうかは分かりませんが、雑煮のような風味で優しく味わい深い印象です。
これに金子さんの麺が合うかどうか…ちょっと不安もありましたが、まったくの杞憂でした。
合う合わないというレベルじゃなく、ベストマッチ。
一般的な鶏中華とはまた違う一杯となっておりました。
これは冬期せっせと通わなきゃですね。
これまた金子さんとコラボの中華そばもリリースされるとのことで、楽しみ倍増です。

ラーメン金子×焔蔵山寺店
チャーシュー麺毎年恒例・冬季限定メニューのラーメン金子さんとのコラボメニュー「中華そば×鶏中華」の季節です。
金子さんは大行列すぎてまったく行けなくなってしまいましたが、こちらの店舗は行きやすいです。
とはいえ味はハイクオリティ。
冬は金子コラボ、夏は蕎麦の食べ放題。
魅力の多いお店です（食べ放題は最近やれてませんねぇ）
このコラボの鶏中華大好きなんですが、今回はチャーシュー麺で。
ブリブリの金子麺と煮干し×牛骨スープが最強ですね。
激しくオススメできる一杯です。
