Located right in front of Yamadera Station, this restaurant is surely worthy of being located in such a location. The thin, smooth soba noodles are an excellent match with the meat soba broth, making it easy to eat. I was quite intrigued by the all-you-can-eat soba for 1,500 yen, available only on weekends and holidays, but I'll have to wait another chance... They also serve Ramen, but it was already sold out on the day I visited. This area is also very Yamagata-esque. Thank you for the meal.
