本格釜で焼き上げられた、なかなか食べられないチーズを使用したピザがあるなど、メニューに力を入れています。

2016.4 【究極のマルゲリータD.O.C】
友人と美味しいピザが食べられるという話を聞いて夕食時に訪れてみました。運良く予約無しでも入ることが出来ました。
混雑しており、二階席に案内されました。メニュー表を見ると、沢山のピザが並んでおり、馴染みのないネーミングに、どれを選べば良いのか決めあぐねていました。とりあえずは、一番人気のマルゲリータを注文しています。
友人は気付きましたが、このマルゲリータこそなかなか食べられない、水牛の乳から作られたモッツァレラチーズを使用したものなのだそうです。コクがありクリーミーな味わいと絶賛されているだけあって凄く美味しい❗️友人とむしゃむしゃと平らげました。とりあえず、ピザは、生地も硬くなく丁度良い腹持ちの食べやすさで、とても美味しいです。
天使のカルボナーラは、もちっとしており、具のベーコンがしょっぱく「平べったいのが食べたいね」などと友人と話をするにとどまりました。
友人は、気持ちよくお酒を飲んでいましたが、合うもの、合わないもの、いろいろウンチクを語っています。
サラダを頼んだのに、品切れになったことの連絡を受けられず、デザートが来るまで待っていたりと、混雑で対応も大変なのでしょうけど、早めに連絡頂ければなと思いました。
ピスタチオ入りのデザートアイスは、食感良く美味しかったです。
ピザはまた食べに来たいと思いました。ご馳走様でした。
