平日のランチで訪問。
実直な大将・伊藤氏、女将、ホール担当の女性の3名体制。
伊藤氏は京都で修行したとのこと。
まずは紫蘇ジュースが出される。
ランチでは2,160円の安価なコースがある。

冷製。
さっと茹でて歯ごたえを残す。
出汁は優しくさっぱり。
茗荷。
■スズキの幽庵焼き
ほっくりの焼き加減。
枝豆添え。
■京都の賀茂茄子の揚げ出し
大根おろし。
■味噌汁
赤出汁。
超小粒のじゃがいも。
■玉子焼き
お新香、胡瓜の浅漬け、梅干、昆布の佃煮、山椒。
もろみ、大根おろし。

伊藤氏の実家で作ったつや姫を使用。
おかわりでおこげをもらう。

自家製黒糖アイス。

冷たい抹茶。
全体的に味が薄いため、その分出汁が引き立ち、主張するようになるといいと思う。
ひと通りの料理がこの値段で食べられて、非常にリーズナブル。
山形には郷土料理の店は多いけど、日本料理の店は少ないので、頑張って欲しい。
