山形1日目の夕食に選んだんのは、
小太郎山形屋台村
屋台村の中にある小さな屋台でお肉料理を扱っています。
山形といえば、牛肉！
牛肉は大好きです。
店内に入ると日本酒もずらりと並んでいます。
そして山形牛と米沢牛の証明書
お通しがいきなりビーフシチュー
串焼きを食べて
油っぽいものばかりでは口ももたいので、センマイの酢味噌
大将自家製の酢味噌、めっちゃ美味しかったです。
山形牛のレバー焼きもプルップルで美味しい。
そして、メインはやはり山形牛のサーロインステーキ
わさび、ちょうど油っぽさを消してくれて、やわらかくて美味しかったです。
この日は、たまたま米沢牛が揃っていなかったので山形牛でした。
そして、山形は最近ワインにも力を入れているようです。
満足でした。
