山形市は、ラーメン屋や蕎麦屋はともかく、夜の街の「食べログ」情報が殆ど機能してないので、
自分の足か、もしくは第六感か、はたまた山形在住の知人に電話して聞くという
ホントのリアル口コミを参考にするかして良店を探さなきゃなりません・・(^_^;)
たまにしか行かない出張者にはチョッとハードルの高い街ですね・・。
ココ「東屋BAR」は「食べログ」に一件のレビューも無く、僕の第六感だけを頼りに
入ってみたんですが・・正解でした・・(^_^;)
マスターのカクテルの技術も、知識やトークも、他県の一流バーと比べて何の遜色もありません。
シガーも常時数種類取り揃えてるそうです・・。
たぶん、山形市で一番良いオーセンティックバーはココだと思います。
