ベリーニ（ミモザ）、ホワイトレディ、ホワイトジャックローズ、モヒート等々...洋梨を使ったカクテルを想像してしまうのですが、初訪ですので要求はしません...
ご登場したのは、ラム（バカルディ）ベースでした。
仕上に氷をミキサーでMixして濃度を薄めてしまいます。あぁ〜勿体無い...洋梨リキュールの追加は無しで、苦味リキュールでアルコール感を演出。
使った洋梨は恐らく1/4個/杯でしょう。
好みにもよりますが、良いのか？悪いのか？評価は微妙...
