Azumaya BAR This is an authentic bar that opened in Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture in April 2016. The bar has a modern atmosphere and over 450 bottles of Western liquor are lined up on the back bar. They have a wide selection of standard whiskeys, vintage single malts, and old bottles from the 1970s and 1980s that the owner has collected over the years. All the cocktails are made with fresh fruit, and the seasonal fresh fruit cocktails are recommended. I think this is a great bar to stop by after enjoying a meal in Yamagata. Thank you very much. It was a delicious meal. What I ordered ○Yamagata watermelon cocktail ○Tomato cocktail A cocktail made by combining vodka infused with clams and yellowfin tuna with tomatoes. You can enjoy the unique flavor.
