卵を黄身と白身に分離させて、黄身だけを丼に入れてマグロとタレを「これでもか！」と言わんばかりにかき混ぜて一口頬張ったが、タレの濃さが少々目立ったね。すかさず分離した白身も投入して混ぜて、何とか味が落ち着いたかな。でも、そんな味にまけないあさり汁の旨味が良かったね。

時の迷いでもなく、単に「麻婆豆腐が食べたい」という欲があった。けど、22:00以降だと選択肢が限られるのでココに来たんだ。が、大当たりだな。だって牛丼も一緒に食べられるワガママ仕様だ。ハッキリ言って最高だよね。

私は秋葉原48人組の前田敦子なんて知りません。それと、きりんさんみたいに「吹っ切れたわね」という合わせは不要です。
うな牛特盛(1380円)を注文すると、ふっくらと焼き上げられた美味しい蒲焼が2切れも乗ってくるのは良いんだけど山椒は1袋で十分だぞ。
と思ったけど、実際はそれで十分だった(笑)余った山椒を敢えて牛肉に振りかけ、普段とは違う味を楽しむのもアリでしょう。
